Individual therapy , otherwise known as one to one therapy is a collaborative process . As a highly trained professional psychotherapist I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space in which we can explore your problematic feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours.

Together we can work through challenging or painful memories and identify aspects of your life that you are struggling with. Your personal goals will be established in order to work towards desired change.
